Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area.
Scalds, blisters, cuts and grazes
Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area or add to a warm wash of salty water and rinse.
Nerve pain
Apply 2-5 drops directly to the area. Repeat hourly.
Sleep and relaxation
Add 10 drops to your bath or diffuser or rub on the soles of your feet before sleep. Repeat as required. Use half dose for children 5 years old and over. Use Lavender Sweet for children under 5 years old. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Shock
Add a few drops to pulse points.
Bruising
Apply 1-2 drops directly to the area, prior to discolouration if possible. Repeat for 3 days. This oil can also be blended 50/50 with Geranium as a first-aid preparation for all impact injuries and bruises.
Sunburn
Apply 3-5 drops directly to the affected area. Repeat as required
Add 5-10 drops to a tepid bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Menstrual support – mid cycle
Blend 1-2 drops with 1-2 drops Cypress, 3 drops Lemon and 1 tsp Chamomile German: 3% in Jojoba oil and massage it into the small of your back to support calm.
