Description

Handmade, using a traditional European method, our gluten free sourdough bread has no added yeast, with a distinct sourdough flavour and chewy texture. Due to its fermented culture this loaf keeps very well and can be eaten by those with extra sensitive digestive systems.

water, tapioca, rice flour, eggs, brown rice, honey, iodised salt, extra virgin olive oil, thickeners(*guar gum, xanthum gum), sugar, acidity regulator(citric acid)
