Our Brown Rice Cakes are light and crunchy. Airy enough to float you away… to Thailand perhaps. Which funnily enough is where they began their journey. They’re made with the Jasmine variety of rice, a heritage long grain, that’s grown organically and sustainably in its original form, in a way that helps positively shape our world, while looking after the farmers putting in all the hard work. We think that’s fair and square (or round as in this particular case). They’re then minimally processed with organically grown quinoa and a touch of sea salt
